We Have Implemented Policies To Protect Our Clients

Since March of 2020, Wood & Associates has implemented the following policies to protect our clients, employees, and community against the spread of COVID-19:

  • Clients and other visitors will use the designated doorbell on the front door of the buildings to alert staff that you have arrived.
  • Clients and other visitors are asked to schedule an appointment to ensure access to the building.
  • Our offices will continue to offer and encourage consultations and client meetings via phone, and the electronic delivery and receipt of documents when possible.
  • In cases where face-to-face consultations are deemed necessary, the consultation will be limited to only the parties involved in the case or matter. No extra guests will be permitted to attend the consultation.
    • Any face-to-face consultations will be allotted one hour and fifteen minutes each, to allow for fifteen minutes after each appointment to thoroughly sanitize and disinfect any common areas.
  • Restrooms are closed to visitors.
  • If a staff member or known visitor tests positive for COVID-19, the appropriate buildings will be closed to staff and visitors for professional cleaning and sanitizing. The local health department and any co-workers or visitors who may have come into contact with the person with a confirmed case of COVID-19 will be notified within 24 hours.

Buildings will be completely and thoroughly sanitized daily, according to the Occupational Health and Safety Administration Guide.
